Hours for the Lobby Shop:

Please note, Kennedy Center Shop hours may be subject to change.

The Lobby Gift Shop is closed on Federal Holidays.

Kennedy Center Gift Shops are closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

What are Holiday 2023 Shipping Deadlines?

Hanukah: Order by Tuesday, December 5, 2023 to arrive by Monday, December 13, 2022 via U.S. Ground Shipping.

Christmas: Order by Thursday, December 14, 2023 to arrive by Friday, December 24, 2022 via U.S. Ground Shipping. 


What are you Shipping Options and Charges?

We currently only ship to addresses in the US and Canada.

Please include your full street mailing address and/or APO/FPO address.

*Note – we are not able to ship to PO boxes.

If your item is in stock, it will usually ship within 2 to 3 business days from our Washington, D.C. warehouse.

Standard shipping time to addresses within the continental U.S. is 3 to 10 business days.  *Allow extra time for shipping during November/December Holidays. 

Note – Standard shipping to Alaska or Hawaii can take up to 3 weeks.

We do not currently offer Expedited Delivery orders, we hope to offer this in the near future.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase with a copy of your original receipt.  Merchandise returned for credit or exchange must be unused and in salable condition. 

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

To return items, please follow these steps:

1.) Send an email to: weborders@kennedy-center.org  with your order number, daytime phone number, and the items to be returned, and include a brief explanation of the reason for your return. We will confirm receipt of your request via email. 

Pack and seal your return merchandise securely to prevent damage during shipment.

2.) Ship your package insured via UPS, FedEx or USPS to the following address:

Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send a confirmation of your return once processed via email. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your account to be credited to the original credit card used for the purchase.

What should I do if an item I received arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible by email:  weborders@kennedy-center.org   and provide your order #, daytime phone number, and both list and provide a photo of the product that arrived damaged.

New, unopened multi-media products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund with a copy of your order confirmation.

Damaged CD’s. DVD’s or other multi-media products can be exchanged for an identical item but cannot be returned for a refund.
